What you can answer with it
Numbers that match Shopify
Gross, net and total sales follow Shopify's definitions, with returns on the refund date and a side-by-side check. Tax by state, country and rate, One Stop Shop and UK VAT summaries, and each US state's nexus threshold.
Payments and delivery, in full
How orders are paid, refund and return rates, time to ship and deliver, and parcels that come back by country, postcode area, carrier and product, with what each one costs you.
Know your customer groups
Segments, retention cohorts, predicted lifetime value and churn risk, recalculated every night and labelled as estimates.
Traffic you can act on
Channels, campaigns, landing pages and AI-assistant referrals, with the ad spend you type in set against the orders it brought.
See where shoppers drop
Every page with its entrances and exits, the funnel from visit to order, each checkout step and its errors, and the products that are viewed but not bought.
Know what sells together
Products bought together, bought next and viewed together, as lists for your bundles, emails and merchandising. Every table exports as CSV, Excel, PDF or JSON.
How your data is handled
- It reads orders, products and customers through Shopify, with the permissions you approve when you install.
- Store visits are recorded only for visitors who allow analytics in your cookie banner.
- Customer names, emails and phone numbers are encrypted, and you can switch off storing them.
- Nothing is sold or used for advertising. Uninstalling stops collection, and store data is deleted after 30 days.
